Transmissions

A new 5 speed automatic transmission  with Active Select "tiptronic" transmission shift is matched with the high performance 195kW engine and is standard on SV6, Calais and Statesman models. Active Select allows the driver to switch from automatic mode to manual, and shift up or down through the gears whenever you want.

A four speed automatic transmission is standard on the 180kW Omega and Berlina, and LPG models.

A premium application six speed manual is now an option on the new SV6, and is also available on the Ute. An increase in clutch size now allows for towing up to 1600kg with the manual transmission (2100kg with the auto).
